TIME FOR YOU
The same protected time,
wherever we meet.
Online counselling offers a regular, confidential appointment with an accredited Irish psychotherapist without the need to travel. It can suit people with busy schedules, caring responsibilities, mobility limitations or no appropriate therapist nearby.
Sessions take place by live video. You and I meet at an agreed time, just as we would in person, and the session remains focused on what you need.

Before beginning, we will agree how sessions will work, what to do if technology fails, where you will be during the appointment and how we can contact you if there is an urgent concern.

Is online counselling
right for you?
Whether online counselling is appropriate depends on your circumstances, the support you need and how we agree to work together. We will discuss suitability before beginning and review it if circumstances change.
Online work may not be suitable if you cannot find a private space, need urgent or intensive mental health support, or if another form of care would better meet your needs.
Prefer to meet in person?
Appointments are also available at a private practice in County Wexford.
