What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a process that allows a person to come to a fuller understanding of their abilities, difficulties or worries in combination with the therapist. Psychotherapy is not a magic cure, rather the capacity for cure lies within each person.
How do I get started?
The first meeting gives you the opportunity to discuss what brings you to psychotherapy and what you hope to benefit from this process.
How often does therapy take place?
Sessions take place weekly for one hour, at the same time. This will be agreed at the first meeting.
