Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between you the client and a trained therapist that helps you come to a fuller understanding of abilities to difficulties around thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Psychotherapy aims to foster self-awareness, personal growth and emotional healing, in essence, psychotherapy helps a person actualise their own capacity for healing.
The first step is to schedule an initial consultation. This session allows me to understand your concerns, expectations, and goals for therapy. It also helps us determine if psychotherapy is the right approach for you and ensures a good therapeutic fit.

The duration of psychotherapy varies depending on your goals and the complexity of the issues being addressed. Some individuals may benefit from short-term therapy (6–12 sessions), while others may choose to engage in longer-term work.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes changes are unavoidable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me ensure that I can offer the time to someone else who may need support.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments, the session fee will apply. I would appreciate it if this could be settled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If you’re facing difficulties, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to work with you.
