The duration of psychotherapy varies depending on your goals and the complexity of the issues being addressed. Some individuals may benefit from short-term therapy (6–12 sessions), while others may choose to engage in longer-term work.

While both counselling and psychotherapy aim to support personal growth and emotional well-being, counselling often focuses on addressing specific issues over a shorter period. Psychotherapy tends to explore deeper patterns and underlying causes, making it more suitable for long-term, complex concerns.
